Service & Maintenance
Every week our maintenance technicians will:
- NBrush the walls/steps/plaster of pool
- NEmpty skimmer basket(s)
- NEmpty pump basket(s)
- NNet all leaves and debris
- NVisually inspect all equipment for leaks and issues
- NTest the chemistry of the water
- NAdd the appropriate chemicals to balance the water
- NVacuum pool surface as needed
Our pool technicians keep current on the new techniques and chemicals to maintain your pool environment.
They also let our repair technicians know if they spot any issues with equipment function or water quality, so that problems can be resolved as quickly as possible.
A door hanger is left to let you know of any concerns noted, as well as advise actions taken.
Repairs
Our repair technicians stay on top of new and current equipment by attending trainings and classes. They also attend manufacturer round tables to see and learn about new and cutting edge technology that is being introduced.
We pride ourselves on taking care of repair issues quickly and painlessly.

- Paper billing through the mail for those who prefer a hard copy.
- Email option for those who prefer to receive their bills digitally and go green.
- Convenient monthly auto-pay services. A customer may put a credit card on file and instruct us to charge the monthly amount automatically, thereby eliminating additional hassle and allowing them to earn valuable points or mileage every month.
